What Thalermark is

Thalermark is an accounting tool for people who hate accounting. Landscapers, dog sitters, power washers, painters, freelancers: anyone who’s great at their craft and would rather never think about the paperwork side of it.

What it does

• Invoices. Send a professional invoice from your phone in under a minute. Your customer gets an email with a link to view it and pay by card. You get told the moment it’s paid.
• Estimates. Quote a job, and turn the quote into an invoice with one tap when you win it.
• Expenses. Snap a photo of a receipt. The AI reads it, fills in the store, the amount, and the date, and files it in the right category. You just confirm.
• Where you stand. One screen shows money in, money out, what you’re owed, and what you owe. That’s it. No charts you don’t understand.
• Answers. The AI watches your numbers and tells you things worth knowing, in plain English: which customers pay late, which month runs slow, what looks unusual.
• Tax awareness. Rough quarterly estimates as you go, and year-end worksheets that line up with the tax forms you actually file, so April doesn’t blindside you. (Awareness, not advice. Your tax professional still has the final word.)
